Intuitive Art and Life

The process of art can be healing and insightful if we open ourselves up and let go of all judgements. It can teach us and lead us and help us heal. It can give us beautiful messages and insights that we couldn't access any other way. The hard part is letting go of everything we have ever been taught about art. The "correct" way to do things. Letting go of our own judgements of ourselves, and our creative ablities and opening up to a bigger, more intelligent knowing deep within ourselves.
